Can i use my turkey fryer to cook a large leg of pork (bone in).

YES! It’s a 2 part process. Boil the leg of pork in water first, then let simmer for about 2 hours. Add whatever type of seasoning you would like to the water while boiling to infuse the leg with flavor. Remove the leg and allow to dry. Overnight in the fridge preferably. Then deepfry the leg of pork in oil for about 15-20 minutes, until golden and crispy. This will make the pork cracklin delicious!!
