Three cooks and you’ve paid for the Char-Broil Big Easy oil-less infrared turkey fryer. Same crispy skin. Same juicy meat. And no worries about the hazards of hot oil, open flames, and all that cool-down time and hassle to filter-store-freeze the oil until next time, or properly dispose of!

I love me some deep fried turkey for the holidays. Beacuse of my age and health issues I am always looking for better cooking oil’s. I tried Bravo Rice Bran Oil this year , instead of my normal peanut oil. The flavor Seem the same and it did not evaporize much while in use. I was told its the best frying oil on the market today reducing cardiocasculare issus and is better for the heart do to reduces trans fats left in the turkey. If your ever in Baton Rouge LA look me up ! we can have some craw fish and a couple of beer’s.

    Thanks
